Workspaces

Open folders, manage multi-root projects, and per-project settings.

A workspace is the folder — or set of folders — you're working in. Skiv remembers your open editors, layout, and terminals per workspace.

Opening a workspace

Use the + button in the title bar, drag a folder onto the window, or run skiv . from your terminal. Recent workspaces appear on the start screen.

Multi-root workspaces

Add more than one folder to a single window to work across related repositories. Search, quick open, and the agent operate across every root.

Workspace settings

Drop a skiv.config.json into a folder to override settings for that project without touching your global configuration.
