Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Skiv, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.

License to use Skiv

The open-source core of Skiv is made available under its open-source license, and your use of that code is governed by that license. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Skiv application.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not resell or misrepresent the service as your own.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, currently monthly. You can cancel at any time and will keep paid features until the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the code and content you create with Skiv. We keep all rights to the Skiv name, brand, and any proprietary parts of the service that are not released under an open-source license.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skiv Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Skiv at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or where necessary to protect the service or its users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Skiv Inc. is incorporated in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
